Veggie Kids is a quickly growing blog that began in February 2011.  It's all about healthy, family-friendly vegan recipes that are super easy to whip up.  In addition to tasty recipes, I write about and research many aspects of nutrition, Earth-friendly products & projects, healthier bath & beauty items, tips & tricks on getting more pure, clean foods into our bodies and ways to easily transition into a plant-based way of life.

Having three rather picky kids of my own really helps me to narrow down which recipes and products to share on Veggie Kids, as I want to be sure they are crowd-pleasers.
