I just added a page to the VK Blog which I thought would be helpful to many of you who seem to ask the same question: HOW DO I GET MY KID(S) TO EAT MORE VEGGIES? Eating from a rainbow of fruits and vegetables is a great goal to help families achieve a more balanced and nutritious diet.
On the Tips & Tricks Page, I suggested some helpful (I hope!) ways to feed those picky eaters, spouses included, a variety of produce. So be sure to check it out and let me know what you think! If you have other hints that work well with your own family, I'd love to hear them. I think we all need as much help as we can get to fuel our bodies and there is always room for improvement!
